Fusion cooking is an international collaboration of culinary techniques and flavors. By utilizing the best flavors from all over the world, fusion cooking promises to be a delight to everyone and promises to be everything to everyone. Utilizing fresh ingredients in innovative ways, we will create a culinary masterpiece that is sure to be a hit.

About the Class

Our premiere cooking class will focus on basic cooking skills and the preparation of a salad, an appetizer and a main course. We will guide you through interactive, simple, yet effective cooking techniques.

Chef John Havens Bio

Chef John Havens hails from the Western Part of the United States. Early in his life, Chef John spent much of his time watching his Grandmother Cook utilizing products from their small farm. Chef John traveled throughout the United States where he worked in several high end establishments. From the Desert of Arizona to Washington DC, Chef John enjoys cooking a Fusion Cuisine that takes into account differing flavors to create dishes that are both eye appealing and tasty. From catering and small restaurants on an island in South Carolina to Large institutions like the Smithsonian Museums in Washington DC, Chef John has dedicated his career to making excellent, beautiful food.
